Job Description

We are looking for an experienced International HR Director to lead HR operations across multiple international locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on HR strategy, compliance, people management, and process improvement.

  • Lead international HR operations and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws
  • Oversee HRIS, payroll, compensation, and HR data
  • Lead recruitment, talent management, and onboarding
  • Drive HR transformation and post-acquisition integration

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related course
  • With 7 years of experience in HR management
  • With 5 years of experience in people management
  • Experience managing multi-site or international HR operations
  • Willing to work in Lahug, Cebu
