Role Snapshot
- Title: IMDS Operations Team Lead
- Type: Part-time / Full-Time (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Location:Remote (working with a Philippines-based operations team)
What you'll own
- Lead end-to-end IMDS delivery: data creation, submissions, corrections, validations, and OEM rule alignment
- Manage daily workflow: triage incoming requests, assign work, unblock analysts, and keep throughput steady
- Drive quality and rework reduction: first-pass yield, rejection trends, root-cause fixes, audit trail completeness
- Ensure SLA performance (typical turnaround 3–7 business days; urgent requests when needed)
- Coordinate supplier follow-ups/escalations with the supplier engagement function
- Maintain and improve SOPs, templates, checklists, and reporting cadence
- Coach and develop the team: feedback, spot training needs, and performance support
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with IMDS operations (automotive/manufacturing compliance context)
- Prior experience leading a team or acting as a senior go-to owner for IMDS delivery
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured validation/QA workflows
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Reliable availability to cover a consistent weekly schedule (min 20 hrs/week)

- Exposure to REACH/RoHS/ELV or broader material compliance
- Six Sigma trained
