SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Correctly performs all imaging procedures as ordered by attending physician.
- Instruct and guide patient on the procedure to be carried out.
- Follows the standard protocol for each imaging procedures:
-X-ray
-Ultrasound
-Echo cardiograph
- Strictly adheres to radiation safety standard and regulation
- Actively participate in the management of patient by coordinating with attending physicians on significant finding
- Secures consent for special test needed or as required by law
- Coordinate with Admin Assistant/ clinic manager regarding government's requirements such as licenses, special staff training/updated standard etc.
- Attends regular staff meeting
- Participates in a monthly staff development program
- Performs other related tasks assigned by the management
JOB SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of a reputable/accredited school
- Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology, licensed
- Preferably with 1-2 years hospital / or clinic experience as imaging technician
- Must have sound knowledge in performing different x-ray and imaging procedures
