About the Role
As the Onsite Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Iloilo office while creating an engaging and productive workplace for our people. You'll partner with local and global stakeholders, drive operational initiatives, support workforce planning, and help cultivate a collaborative culture that enables teams to perform at their best.

Office Operations
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day management of the Iloilo office and workplace facilities.
- Support workforce planning, resource coordination, and operational initiatives.
- Address operational concerns and identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, schools, and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with local and international teams to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Cooee in external engagements and help strengthen our local presence.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in operations, office management, workforce planning, or a similar function.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different teams.
- Confident communicator with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about developing people and improving operations.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in our Iloilo office.
