Job Description
As an Illustrator / Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for kawaii-style character illustration, packaging design, and production-ready artwork for products and branding.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio in kawaii, anime, or character illustration
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to create from concept with minimal direction
- Experience with packaging design and layout
- Strong understanding of color, composition, and branding
- Ability to take direction and execute efficiently.
Preferences
- Experience in consumer products such as toys, collectibles, or retail packaging
- Adobe Illustrator (vector) skills
- Knowledge of dielines and print production
- Brand or product-line experience.
Responsibilities
- Design original kawaii-style characters for products and branding
- Create packaging designs and retail-ready graphics
- Translate concepts into polished, production-ready artwork
- Maintain consistent visual identity across multiple products
- Prepare files for print and manufacturing
- Collaborate, iterate quickly, and meet deadlines
