We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of teaching ICT, with a strong focus on IGCSE (Grade 11)
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the IGCSE ICT syllabus, including practical skills and theory
• Skills: Clear communication, tech-savviness, and an engaging teaching style
• Tools: Laptop, pen tablet, and high-speed internet
• Availability: Minimum 4 hours between 5pm - 11pm IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 online classes for IGCSE Grade 11 ICT students
• Prepare students for exams, practical assessments, and projects
• Provide conceptual clarity through real-life tech applications
• Convert trial classes into long-term enrollments
• Track student progress and share timely feedback with parents

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Curriculum Knowledge: IGCSE ICT (preferably with Cambridge board experience)
• Availability: At least 24 hours per week, across 6 days
• Tech Setup: Laptop, Pen Tablet, and Reliable High-Speed Internet

Time Commitment:

• Day Shift: 9 AM 10 PM IST
• Night Shift: 10 PM 9 AM IST
• Minimum: 24 hours per week (more during exam season is appreciated)

Training & Onboarding:

Before you start, you'll complete Mentor Match's structured training program covering:

• Conducting demo & regular classes effectively
• Navigating our LMS for class scheduling & management
• Best practices for online teaching
• Reporting student progress & maintaining engagement
