Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati for an iGaming Compliance Officer. The role involves overseeing regulatory compliance obligations within the iGaming industry, conducting compliance audits, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and advising on risk management strategies. The Compliance Officer will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, prepare compliance reports, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance within relevant sectors
• Proficient Analytical Skills to identify risks, evaluate processes, and recommend improvements
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, regulators, and stakeholders
• Understanding of financial frameworks and experience in industry-specific compliance requirements
• Proven ability to stay updated on evolving industry regulations and enforce policies accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; certification in compliance or risk management is a plus
• Familiarity with iGaming industry regulations and operational practices is highly advantageous
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines
