Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design IFS solutions for inventory and asset management.
- Optimize and standardize processes to drive efficiency and best practices.
- Configure IFS modules aligned with business and process requirements.
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Lead/support IFS solution rollout s across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align enterprise processes and drive user adoption through training.
- Support governance and standardization of global IFS process templates across ICTSI business units.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to align business requirements with standardized enterprise processes.
Skills and Capabilities Required
- Strong functional expertise in IFS Cloud, particularly inventory and asset management, with hands-on configuration experience.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Experience integrating IFS with other ERP systems and external solutions including finance, procurement, or third-party platforms.
- Solid understanding of project delivery, solution deployment, and multi-business unit rollouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in production support and issue resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and user training skills.
- Ability to drive system adoption and align technology with enterprise business processes.
- Strong documentation, process mapping, and governance support capabilities with high attention to details.
- Experience leading change management initiatives to support adoption of standardized enterprise processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process performance analysis, KPI-driven optimization.
