Join our Team

We are currently looking for a Site Engineering Lead (IE Manager) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving internal customer value and satisfaction, while supporting pre-sales, project delivery, and post-implementation activitiesincluding acceptance, financials, and collections.

You will lead the Site Engineering team, define targets, and establish implementation processes, tools, and work instructions. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing critical issues, and enabling knowledge sharing to achieve team objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the application of site solutions, including preparation of site designs and documentation
  • Plan and execute comprehensive site surveys (access, power, and infrastructure)
  • Produce, submit, and facilitate approval of technical site survey reports and designs
  • Prepare and update site cost approval forms for hardware and services
  • Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for commercial proposals
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for site implementation
  • Drive competence development and ensure resource readiness for new technologies
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects
  • Support and align initiatives with automation strategies
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of site engineering databases
  • Support post-implementation documentation (e.g., PAT, SCAF, As-built plans)
  • Ensure compliance with design and documentation standards
  • Drive quality assurance in Site Engineering delivery
  • Provide guidance on installation Scope of Work for ASP management
  • Support development of Responsibility Matrices for engineering and installation activities
  • Collaborate with Sourcing on engineering services
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
  • Lead pre-works activities to ensure project readiness and customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • 810 years of experience in telecom engineering and implementation
  • Strong experience in Site Engineering within Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Experience with Configuration Management (CME) is required
  • Project management experience in RAN deployments is a plus
