Join our Team

We are now looking for an Installation Engineering Lead (IE Lead) to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of telecom network installations. In this role, you will lead installation engineering activities, provide technical guidance to field teams, and ensure compliance with Ericsson standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. You will play a key role in enabling successful network rollout and modernization projects.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage installation engineering activities for telecom network projects (RAN, Microwave, Transport, or Core as applicable).
  • Act as the main technical authority for installation-related topics and escalations.
  • Ensure installation designs, methods of procedure (MOPs), and work instructions comply with Ericsson standards and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Field Services, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Perform installation readiness reviews and support site acceptance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and local regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to installation quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to installation engineers and field teams.
  • Support pre-installation planning, risk assessment, and mitigation activities.
  • Participate in audits, lessons learned, and knowledge-sharing activities.

You will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
  • Solid experience in telecom installation engineering, preferably in mobile network deployments.
  • Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom equipment installation (e.g., 4G/5G RAN, antennas, RRUs, cabinets, power systems, and transmission equipment).
  • Familiarity with installation standards, quality processes, and EHS requirements.
  • Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and customer teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Davao or Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
