We're Hiring: Identity Management Analyst!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Identity Management Analyst to join our team in Muntinlupa, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity management systems and processes, ensuring the security and integrity of user identities across our organization.

Role: Identity Management Analyst

What You'll Do:
Build, deploy, maintain and document changes in eDirectory environments.
Assist in projects involving migrations of servers and applications of Novell not limited to eDirectory.
Provide senior level of operational support on troubleshooting, requests and incidents.
Manage and create drivers.
Analyze account information and data extraction using an in-house application.
Assist in cleaning up and managing accounts by adopting to the correct identities.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years experience in identity management or related field.
Expert (configuration and troubleshooting) in Linux OS, eDirectory, IDM Console, and NetIQ.
Knowledge in ITIL Framework.
Knowledge in MS SQL Server Management Studio.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
