Implement the User ID and Password Management guidelines in allowing access to application systems
Ensure proper handling of reported lapses/incidents by following the banks approved escalation process
Keep abreast of new security techniques/violations/fraud relating to user access; recommends changes in existing policies and procedures when necessary
Comply with Service Level Agreements with bank units
Monitor availability of banks online systems; Inform superior and units concerned in case of unavailability/incidents
Conduct training for clients and bank employees on information security
Respond to inquiries/complaints from internal and external clients
Perform other duties that are required of and related to functions
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any four-year course
Preferably with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with IT systems and basic troubleshooting (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with with a strong sense of accountability
Experience with ticketing or access management tools is an advantage
Open to fresh graduates
Relevant internship or academic project experience is an advantage but not required
