Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implement the User ID and Password Management guidelines in allowing access to application systems
  • Ensure proper handling of reported lapses/incidents by following the banks approved escalation process
  • Keep abreast of new security techniques/violations/fraud relating to user access; recommends changes in existing policies and procedures when necessary
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements with bank units
  • Monitor availability of banks online systems; Inform superior and units concerned in case of unavailability/incidents
  • Conduct training for clients and bank employees on information security
  • Respond to inquiries/complaints from internal and external clients
  • Perform other duties that are required of and related to functions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferably with a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with IT systems and basic troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience with ticketing or access management tools is an advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Relevant internship or academic project experience is an advantage but not required
