We are seeking experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineers to join a 24/7 operations support team. This role is responsible for providing production support, incident management, and troubleshooting for enterprise identity and privileged access platforms, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and secrets management technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IAM systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support critical systems during US evening and weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 operational support for IGA system processes like SailPoint, CyberArk and Secret Management tools,
- Monitor systems and proactively identify issues. Collaborate with engineering, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues
- Manage and resolve incident tickets in accordance with SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis and participate in problem management activities
- Participate in on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends (US hours)
Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)
- Proficiency in Java and BeanShell scripting for debugging
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD (Entra ID), and REST APIs
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, access requests
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with secrets management platforms (e.g., PKI, Certificates, HashiCorp Vault) CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments
- Understanding of automation and monitoring tools
