About the role:
Drives revenue growth and business development for LG Information Display (ID) solutions across B2B and key industry verticals. Responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Works closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, strong customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth for LG Information Display products and solutions across assigned accounts and verticals (Retail, Corporate, Education, Hospitality, DOOH, etc.).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and business reviews.
Account & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Support large-scale projects and bids by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer requirements.
Solution Selling & Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ID and B2B display solutions.
- Present product solutions, conduct demos, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for clients and vertical requirements.
Channel & Partner Management
- Work closely with system integrators, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales.
- Strengthen partner relationships and ensure alignment on business objectives and sales strategies.
- Support partner enablement through product training and joint selling activities.
Market & Competitive Awareness
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to management to support business strategy and decision-making.
Sales Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
- Track sales performance and ensure alignment with targets and KPIs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Align with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and delivery timelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Solutions Sales.
- Strong background in Information Display, Pro-AV, IT products, or B2B electronics is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Experience in project-based sales and working with channel partners/system integrators.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience handling large-scale B2B projects (e.g., digital signage rollouts, video walls, or integrated display solutions).
- Established network within key industries such as retail, corporate, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
- Experience working with multinational or matrix organizations.
- Basic technical understanding of AV/IT integration and display technologies.
- Exposure to government or enterprise bidding processes.
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
