Your Role
The IT Service Transition position sits in the Enterprise Business (EB) Delivery division and reports to the Associate Director, Enterprise Service Management. Responsible for governance and coordination of scheduled projects and transition activities to transition customers into/out of Digital TAC support and Managed Services.
As a ICT Transition Specialist, You Will
- Coordinate and manage transition projects including planning, scheduling, transition activities, and monitoring.
- Engage with stakeholders across business, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive revenue activation and ensure alignment to project timelines and customer expectations.
- Maintain governance, risk, issues, and change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with transitions management and quality frameworks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base, and reporting.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 3+ years experience in ICT / Managed Services
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
