Role Overview:
We are seeking a iCIMS Solutions Consultant with 3 to 4+ years of dedicated professional experience designing, architecting, and managing enterprise-grade iCIMS Talent Cloud implementations.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical systems engineering. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will operate in a dual capacity: leading strategic discovery, process re-engineering, and project delivery as a Business Advisor, while owning system configuration, API integrations, and data architecture as a Solutions Architect.
Note: This is a technical consulting and architecture position. Candidates whose experience is limited to end-user recruiting, recruiting coordination, or basic administrative usage will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory & Project Leadership (Consultant)
- Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with Recruitment and internal engineering team to evaluate existing recruiting operations, gather business requirements, and design scalable, future-state solution architectures that maximize the capabilities of the iCIMS platform through process optimization, automation, and system integration.
- Process Re-engineering: Evaluate legacy recruiting processes and consult on industry best practices and translate business requirements into scalable iCIMs solution to streamline pipeline velocity, candidate experience, recruiter efficiency and its technical architecture.
- Project Delivery & Governance: Serve as the primary implementation project manager, maintaining project plans, managing scope, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery across multi-phase implementations.
- Implementation Delivery & Change Management: Oversee end-to-end testing protocols, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment cutovers, and comprehensive change management strategies to drive organizational system adoption.
Technical Architecture & Engineering (Architect)
- System Configuration: Architect and configure the full iCIMS Talent Cloud suite (Recruit, Connect, Onboard, Offer), setting up conditional logic, approval paths, custom communications, and role-based access permissions.
- Data Migration & Mapping: Oversee complex data migration strategies, ensuring pristine field mapping, data transformation, and validation from legacy ATS solutions into iCIMS.
- Compliance & Analytics: Design and implement enterprise recruitment analytics, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights into Talent Acquisition performance while ensuring iCIMS configurations, integrations, and data management practices comply with organizational governance, data privacy regulations, and industry security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have 3–4+ years of hands-on experience as an iCIMS Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Technical Project Manager within professional services, consulting, or dedicated HR tech leadership roles.
- Must have led enterprise iCIMS implementation, transformation, or optimization engagements in a client-facing capacity, driving the full project lifecycle from requirements discovery and solution architecture through configuration, deployment, user adoption, and post-production optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical HR executives.
- Expert-level administration knowledge of the iCIMS backend, search locks, system metrics, and workflow rules.
- Must have experience identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve recruitment processes using iCIMS.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
