Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV Developer to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPG IV programming and a passion for developing efficient solutions on the IBM System i platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain RPG IV applications on IBM System i (AS/400) platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
  • Perform system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
  • Write technical documentation and user manuals for applications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in RPG IV programming on IBM System i (AS/400).
  • Strong knowledge of DB2/400 database management.
  • Familiarity with CL programming and system administration on IBM System i.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
