Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for IBM IMS Database and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Lead and oversee application design, development, and configuration activities.

• Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams to define solutions and resolve complex issues.

• Make technical and team-level decisions to ensure successful project delivery.

• Design, maintain, and optimize database structures and application solutions.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with technical standards and best practices.

• Provide solutions and recommendations for issues across teams.

• Promote knowledge sharing and effective development practices.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database.

• Expert-level knowledge of IBM IMS Database.

• Strong understanding of database management systems and database architecture.

• Experience designing and optimizing database structures.

• Proficiency in SQL and database querying.

• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
