IBM Content Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain solutions using IBM Content Manager aligned to enterprise content management requirements
• Implement content models document classes metadata strategies access controls and retention concepts to meet business and compliance needs
• Develop and enhance integrations between IBM Content Manager and upstream downstream applications using appropriate APIs and connectors
• Perform requirement analysis prepare technical designs and estimate development effort for ECM initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement fixes with minimal business disruption
• Optimize system performance through tuning indexing strategies and efficient query content retrieval patterns
• Create and maintain technical documentation deployment guides and operational runbooks
• Collaborate with QA and business teams to define test scenarios support UAT and ensure high quality releases
• Support release management activities including build packaging deployment coordination and post release validation
• Minimum Qualifications
• B
• Tech or equivalent bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on development experience in IBM Content Manager
• Solid understanding of ECM concepts including content lifecycle metadata security and governance
• Experience in troubleshooting debugging and supporting enterprise applications in production environments
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing end to end ECM solutions including content modeling integration patterns and operational support processes
• Exposure to IBM Content Manager administration concepts environment configuration and performance tuning practices
• Experience working in Agile delivery models with strong ownership of sprint commitments and deliverables
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions review designs code and mentor team members on IBM Content Manager best practices
• Familiarity with enterprise security practices role based access auditing and documentation standards for regulated environments
