We're praying for a biblically qualified and called shepherd to serve as our First
Pastor. This role is about leading with vision, fostering multiplication through
discipleship, and guiding our church family in proclaiming the gospel to the nations.
As we are a council-led congregation, you'll collaborate with our leadership team
while taking primary responsibility for preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities
- Preach and teach God's Word faithfully, inspiring our congregation to grow in
faith and engage in disciple-making.
- Provide pastoral care to our international members, supporting them through
life's transitions and fostering a community of authentic relationships.
- Lead and equip teams of volunteers and leaders to disciple across all ages,
promoting unity and encouraging outreach to diverse ethnic groups in
Wroclaw and beyond.
- Organize church events and programs that align with our discipleship focus,
ensuring they multiply leaders who carry the mission forward.
- Strategize for evangelism and missions, including initiatives for cross-cultural
ministry & church-planting in Poland.
