Job Title: I&O Engineering Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years
Role Summary
We are hiring an I&O Engineering Consultant to manage and support endpoint environments in a dual UEM setup using SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Workspace ONE UEM. The role focuses on endpoint operations, troubleshooting, patching, and automation, with strong involvement in incident management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endpoint health, availability, and performance
- Handle application lifecycle, OS servicing, and deployments
- Execute patching, compliance tracking, and vulnerability remediation
- Participate in incident management and war rooms, ensuring SLA adherence
- Develop PowerShell scripts and drive automation/AI-based improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years SCCM/MECM experience
- 3+ years Intune experience
- Experience with Workspace ONE UEM
- Strong knowledge of patching, deployments, and endpoint management
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
