Due Diligence, Project Identification and consultation with end users
Coordination with the end-users
Demand Projection and Analysis
Hydraulic Simulation and Modelling
Risk Identification and mitigation
Consultation and alignment of programs with external planners and other government agencies.
Cost Benefit Analysis and Service Obligation Impact Analysis
Calibration of the subsidiaries business plan and converting to operation plan.
Prepare water and wastewater system feasibility studies.
Makes timely decisions using available information considering the constrains and identified risks.
Able to use effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
Able to take actions consistent with information and constraints provided and possible risks.
Identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions.
Develop a plan from the data and the recommended solutions.
Develop plans to accomplish work and objectives.
Prepare project schedule and predict the implication of the timeliness of the plan into the organizations goal
Research on applicable technologies and equipment available in the industry/market.
Reduces steps in a work process that result in time and cost savings.
