Job Description

  • Due Diligence, Project Identification and consultation with end users
  • Coordination with the end-users
  • Demand Projection and Analysis
  • Hydraulic Simulation and Modelling
  • Risk Identification and mitigation
  • Consultation and alignment of programs with external planners and other government agencies.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis and Service Obligation Impact Analysis
  • Calibration of the subsidiaries business plan and converting to operation plan.
  • Prepare water and wastewater system feasibility studies.
  • Makes timely decisions using available information considering the constrains and identified risks.
  • Able to use effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
  • Able to take actions consistent with information and constraints provided and possible risks.
  • Identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions.
  • Develop a plan from the data and the recommended solutions.
  • Develop plans to accomplish work and objectives.
  • Prepare project schedule and predict the implication of the timeliness of the plan into the organizations goal
  • Research on applicable technologies and equipment available in the industry/market.
  • Reduces steps in a work process that result in time and cost savings.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 7-year experience in water resources development and management
  • Knowledge on environmental laws and programs
  • At least 5-year management experience
  • BentLey Water Gems Certification
