Position: Intermediate to Senior Hydraulics Design Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulics Design Engineer to join our Building Services team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality hydraulic systems for a range of building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and deliver hydraulic systems for building projects, including:
- Cold and hot water systems
- Stormwater drainage and vent systems
- Rainwater recycling, trade waste, and gas systems
- Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design compliance with standards and client requirements
- Conduct hydraulic calculations, load assessments, and system simulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hydraulics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 710 years of experience in hydraulic design for building projects
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, drainage, venting, and water services
- Familiarity with rainwater recycling, trade waste systems, and gas systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
