- Identify & Solve: Proactively spot design inconsistencies or UX friction points without waiting for instructions.
- Design & Document: Create agile mockups and clear, lightweight specs.
- Build & Ship: Translate your designs into pixel-perfect, clean front-end code.
- Accelerate: Leverage AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, etc.) to prototype and ship features at 10x speed, without breaking any existing interfaces in legacy codebases
- Extreme Ownership: You are self-sufficient. You see a problem, you fix it, you ship it.
- Front-End Fluency: Proficiency in Bootstrap, jQuery UI and React is a plus
