Your Role In Action

Be part of our client's team as a Hybrid Collections Team Lead (Fintech), where you'll guide and motivate your team to exceed performance targets, foster transparent communication, and ensure compliance. You'll coach, monitor, and support your team while driving efficiency, auditing accounts, and shaping a results-driven, collaborative culture.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (Training is 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday; should be flexible with days off based on operational needs)

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH), Cebu

Salary: PHP 60,000

What You Bring to the Team

• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
• Proven background in a BPO environment
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership that influences and inspires
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making decisions in fast-paced settings
• Highly organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• Team player with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

• Foster a culture of open, honest, and transparent communication

• Serve as the point of support for team challenges
• Lead coaching sessions and conduct team meetings
• Monitor team performance, manage underperformance, and report on KPI metrics
• Audit customer accounts to ensure accuracy in processing and task completion
