Your Role in Action
Be part of our client's team as a Hybrid Collections Officer (Fintech), where you'll contact customers to resolve past-due accounts, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records. You'll ensure compliance with policies, achieve performance goals, and deliver excellent customer service while contributing to a fast-paced, results-driven financial environment.

What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum of 3-5 years of collections experience, with no more than a 3-month employment gap
- At least 1 year of remote work experience
- Experience managing 90+ days delinquent accounts with BPO experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Professional etiquette in phone, chat, email, and interpersonal communication
- Experience in debt collection, consumer lending, or personal finance
- Familiarity with underwriting loans, financial statements, or payroll processes (a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM and call center systems with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and a customer-focused approach
- Reliable internet connection and laptop required for the interview; attendance confirmation is mandatory

- Contact customers via phone or email to resolve past-due accounts and secure payments
- Determine reasons for delinquency and negotiate payment plans or full settlements
- Update customer accounts accurately using CRM tools
- Follow established guidelines to recommend appropriate collection remedies
- Explain delinquency consequences and develop repayment schedules
- Handle customer payment inquiries and resolve issues independently
- Organize workflow and schedule follow-ups effectively
- Maintain accurate account records for resolution tracking
- Achieve key performance metrics while complying with policies
- Perform customer service tasks as assigned by the manager
