HYBRID (AI / Machine Learning Focus) - Business Administration/Computer Science Graduates
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring that AI-driven solutions—such as predictive analytics and generative AI—deliver real business value and align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI/ML solutions
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Lead projects across the full lifecycle: feasibility, data discovery, development, deployment, and monitoring
- Gather and document business and technical requirements (user stories, process flows, specifications)
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities
- Monitor trends in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Predictive Analytics

- Understanding of systems, software architecture, and databases
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, supervised/unsupervised learning, data pipelines)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+years of experience in technology-driven environments
- Experience working on AI, data, or digital transformation projects is a plus
