JOB REQUIREMENT: Technical Staff / BSM Technician position
Focuses on operating, maintaining (checkup and cleaning), monitoring, and troubleshooting computerized systems that control and manage the building infrastructure and system components like HVAC, lighting, FDAS, BGMPA, and CCTV security.
Basic knowledge to ensure the optimal operation of building system components.
Basic knowledge in networking
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations
Respond to emergency calls and system issues as required.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
System Operation: Monitoring and controlling HVAC, electrical, lighting, FDAS, BGMPA, CCTV Security, and any mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting: Identifying, diagnosing, and rectifying system alarms/faults, and communication issues.
Programming & Graphics: Developing and updating BMS software, system dashboards, and alarm monitoring.
Installation/Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance and commissioning new equipment, system configuration.
Documentation: Maintaining and updating accurate system topology infra, plotting, activity, and generating technical reports with job order.

Required Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, any IT-related courses, or any technical vocational diploma (e.g., TESDA NCII), willing to learn, and as a pioneering technical professional. Newly Grad is also welcome
Technical Knowledge: Know how to troubleshoot and handle technical concerns, Analytical and logical person, Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus, SCADA, and IoT devices.
Software Skills: Basic computer skills, and Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, and any basic programming languages (e.g., Python, Zigbee, Lora).
Experience: Basic technical experience is welcome, and previous experience in any facility management or specialized BMS role and technical support is better
Working Conditions
May require shift work, on-call duty, or rotational schedules
Work may involve indoor plant rooms or equipment spaces
Occasional physical activities such as walking, climbing, or lifting light equipment
