Building complete and accurate installation job packets
- Ordering materials and equipment for installation projects
- Verifying equipment accuracy upon arrival and ensuring proper staging
- Coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials with Install Managers and
Sales Teams
- Securing permits and ensuring compliance with local jurisdictions
Responsibilities
- Creating invoices, job costing, and project documentation within ServiceTitan
- Maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams
- Identifying and resolving scheduling, permitting, or material challenges before they
impact the customer experience
- Supporting installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and
professionally
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred
- Understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation processes
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, thermostats, IAQ products, and duct systems
- Familiarity with local permitting requirements and mechanical codes
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
