The HR Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures that training initiatives align with business goals and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Training & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement the company's annual training plan.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
- Align training programs with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Design competency-based development frameworks.
B. Program Design & Implementation
- Develop training modules, materials, and manuals.
- Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Coordinate external training providers when necessary.
C. Leadership & Talent Development
- Create succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Coach and mentor supervisors and managers.
- Implement performance improvement programs.
D. Performance & Evaluation
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
- Monitor post-training performance improvements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports.
E. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure training programs comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Support audits related to HR and training compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a Training/L&D leadership role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience in competency-based training and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
