About the Role
As our newest HR System Administrator (Night Shift), you will support and enhance our global HR technology platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and Litmos LMS. This role partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, and future phases e.g. Compensation).
- Oversee the Litmos LMS, including user access, content setup and creation, learning paths, and integrations with SuccessFactors.
- Maintain system configurations, workflows, business rules, roles, and security permissions.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and issue resolution.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards to support business and HR stakeholders.
- Provide system support and troubleshooting for users during assigned shifts.
- Support system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and HR technology projects.
- Partner with vendors to effectively implement system updates and resolve issues in line with industry best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, Litmos LMS, or similar LMS systems. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and/or any of the modules mentioned is essential.
- Bonus – Prior experience with supporting project management and implementations, HR system integrations, middleware and APIs.
- Experience with system configuration, user access management, and similar.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and information security standards.
- Strong analytical problem solver, and a good communicator who is able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
