Job Summary

The HR Supervisor for WDEE provides technical and administrative support to management in the implementation of programs and organizational processes to cultivate a healthy and empowering work environment towards higher employee productivity and commitment to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management and at least 2 years of experience in Workplace Development and Employee Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of developing and implementing systems, projects, and activities aimed at improving performance and a healthy working environment
