About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Human Resources Organizational Development and Admin (HROD & A) department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to team members handling various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, and HR administration.
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives in alignment with company policies, labor regulations, and business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily departmental activities to drive efficiency, consistency, and timely service delivery.
  • Review HR reports and metrics, offering insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and processes.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and policy clarifications.
  • Support the Director in the development, review, and updating of HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Participate in audits, compliance checks, and internal investigations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Broad understanding of HR functions, with strong experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
