About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Human Resources Organizational Development and Admin (HROD & A) department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members handling various HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, and HR administration.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives in alignment with company policies, labor regulations, and business objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor daily departmental activities to drive efficiency, consistency, and timely service delivery.
- Review HR reports and metrics, offering insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and processes.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and policy clarifications.
- Support the Director in the development, review, and updating of HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Participate in audits, compliance checks, and internal investigations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Broad understanding of HR functions, with strong experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
