Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Human Resources Supervisor. The role involves overseeing HR operations and managing employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and managing performance evaluations. The Human Resources Supervisor will also develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that align with organizational objectives. The role includes addressing employee concerns, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and resolving conflicts
- Experience in Performance Management, including evaluations and improvement plans
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., HR Management Certificate) are a plus
