Your Role: HR SUPERVISOR
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related 4-year course
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year of Supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and ability to apply it in different situations
- Ability to enforce disciplinary action when needed
Job Description:
- Lead multiple functions of HR and drive HR Performance and KPIs
- Managing employee issues and collaborating with management on HR matters
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Developing, recommending & implementing personnel policies and procedures
- Strategic alignment with teams to support business goals
