Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing core HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with personnel management standards. The Human Resources Specialist will also support organizational growth by managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
• interviewing and hiring in the Philippines

• Experience in HR Management, including organizational development and workforce planning
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and administration
• Proficiency in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fiel
