Human Resources Specialist (Open for Fresh Grad)

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a foundation in strategic HR rather than just filing paperwork. You will directly support HR Business Partners in managing employee retention, career progression, and workplace relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Retention Support: Collect and organize exit interview data to help figure out why employees leave.
• Career Movements: Process the paperwork and track timelines for internal promotions and transfers.
• Talent Tracking: Update development plans and schedules for employees being groomed for leadership.
• Employee Relations: Document workplace incidents and assist HR partners in handling disciplinary cases legally.
• Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding basic company policies and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or any related course.
• Experience:No full-time experience needed. Completed HR internships are a big plus.
• Skills: Basic understanding of school-taught labor laws, sharp communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Mindset: Discretion in handling confidential employee information and a desire to learn strategic HR.
