Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Positions role based in Ipil. As a Human Resources Positions at J&T EXPRESS PHILIPPINES, you will be responsible for a range of essential HR tasks. You will administer employee health and welfare plans, act as a liaison between the company and employees, and manage recruitment and staffing activities. You will also develop and implement HR policies, initiatives, and strategies to meet organizational objectives and legal requirements.
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Admin
- Strong understanding of labor laws, policies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset
- Willingbto be trained
