Job Summary

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and employee engagement. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively while providing support to employees and management to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, and assisting in disciplinary processes when necessary.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee data, and HR metrics for management review.
  • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
