Job Title: Project HR Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager/HR Director
Key Responsibilities:
lPrepares correspondences and build and maintain and cascade procedures and policies;
lPrepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken;
lSpearheads in recruitment process and onboarding of the assigned Region;
lFacilitates employee activities and team building;
lPerforms HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping;
lEnsure proper documentation; report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures;
lPerforms other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the team leader.
Qualifications:
lCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology or equivalent
lMust have at least 2-3 years working experience as an HR practitioner;
lAble to communicate with internal and external partners with ease
lAble to plan, organize and execute necessary activities with proven attention to details;
lAble to effectively collaborate and work with others of diverse roles, levels and background;
lBe able to work with a minimum supervision;
lMust have the passion to work with and work for people and possesses a dynamic personality;
lWilling to report onsite everyday
lCandidate who can start immediately will be highly preferred; and
l Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
