Profile - Servicenow Developer (HSRD) With ITSM
Experience- 5-7 years

Requirements:
- Candidates with a strong HRSD background and minimal ITSM exposure, as ITSM skills can be trained internally due to limited availability in the market. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end, hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, including building solutions from scratch, full-cycle implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support.
- Project focus: The role will primarily focus on the development of a one-stop-shop application. This platform will support use cases such as communication catalogs, FAQs, employee onboarding and offboarding, and other internal service requests.
- Stakeholder interaction: Direct stakeholder interaction is not required for this role.
- Certification: ServiceNow certification is required.
