Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Human Resources Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator. The coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process. The role includes coordinating new hire onboarding and orientations, ensuring a consistent, engaging experience for incoming team members. The coordinator will maintain HR records, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with internal communications such as announcements, surveys, and feedback channels. The role also involves responding to HR-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service orientation to build trust and support employees and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in conducting and coordinating New Hire Orientations, including preparing materials and guiding new team members through processes.
  • Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort using HR systems, ATS tools, and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, document tools, video conferencing platforms).
  • 2-3 Years Prior experience in a global or fast-paced environment; experience in events, life sciences, or biopharma sectors is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
