Role Purpose
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Skills Optimization project, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and the successful execution of both pilot and scaling phases. This role is responsible for driving governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable improvements in workforce skills visibility and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk logs
- Establish and enforce a robust governance framework for decision-making and issue resolution
Execution & Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, Technology, Communications, and Business Units, to deliver project milestones on time and within scope
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate planning workshops and project meetings; document decisions and action items
- Communicate project progress, risks, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct tranche reviews and lessons-learned sessions to refine project processes
- Support change management activities and adoption strategies.
Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and maintain project documentation, templates, and best practices
- Mentor team members on project management methodologies
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management expertise with experience in complex, multi-phase initiatives
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality assurance
- Data management and analytics skills for KPI tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to manage risks and resolve issues proactively
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools
Preferred Experience
- Extensive knowledge of AI technology projects and their implementation within enterprise environments.
- Solid background in HR, Talent Management, or Skills Framework projects (a must and strictly nonnegotiable).
- Experience managing pilot initiatives and successfully scaling projects across multinational or global organizations.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of handson experience handling international or crossregional projects.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones and project environments.
