Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Payroll oversees end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role provides leadership and guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts while managing payroll activities, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and final pay. The position works closely with the Process Manager to ensure efficient payroll delivery and adherence to statutory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Payroll Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Review and validate ad hoc earnings and deductions, ensuring proper approvals are secured
  • Develop and maintain payroll templates for variable earnings and deductions to ensure business continuity
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports, including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable income
  • Ensure timely submission of government-mandated reports to avoid penalties and ensure compliance
  • Prepare year-end payroll reports such as Alphalist, Annualization, and BIR Form 2316
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies through data analysis and coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and escalations promptly
  • Oversee the timely processing of salaries, final pay, and off-cycle payrolls
  • Collaborate with the Process Manager to improve payroll processes and ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience with a strong payroll background
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, taxation, and compensation practices
  • Experience handling end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume environment
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability
  • Ameanble to work on-site in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP
