Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll professional with strong experience in Singapore payroll processing. The candidate will manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring compliance with CPF, IRAS regulations, and Singapore labour laws within a Shared Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle.
- Validate payroll inputs and employee data.
- Perform salary computation and payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Prepare payroll reports and monthly reconciliations.
- Process statutory deductions and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and local labour regulations.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliation.
- Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
- Continuously improve payroll processes and controls.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of Singapore payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of CPF regulations.
- Good knowledge of IRAS requirements.
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws.
- Experience with payroll systems.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
- Shared Services or BPO environment.
- Experience handling high-volume payroll.
- Exposure to multinational payroll operations.
