About the Role

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist (HR Operations Specialist 1) who will support Workday and related HR applications while assisting with HR transactions, employee data management, ticket resolution, testing, and process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of HR Operations, HRIS, application support, or related experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to Workday or other HCM systems is an advantage
• Experience with ServiceNow/ticketing systems is a plus
• Good Excel and data-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and grow in HR Technology
• Can start ASAP
