HR Operations Manager (Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid (IT Park) | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Reports to: Director / Head of People & Culture

You make HR run — cleanly, on time, and at scale. This role combines full-lifecycle HR ownership with systems and process discipline, making it ideal for someone who'd rather build a system than firefight the same issue twice.

This is not a specialist role. You are the generalist backbone of the HR function, working as a peer to the Employee & Labor Relations Manager, both reporting to the Director / Head of People & Culture. Where ER owns conflict and compliance risk, you own the systems and processes that make day-to-day HR fast and reliable.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience across the full HR lifecycle (not ER-specialized)
• BPO, tech-enabled, or outsourcing background strongly preferred
• Hands-on HRIS experience (Sprout, BambooHR, Workday, or SuccessFactors)
• Comfortable with Excel / Power BI / Tableau-level reporting
• Comfortable being the utility player across HR disciplines

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

HR Operations & ProcessYou run the machinery of HR.

• Own onboarding, offboarding, records, and workflows end to end
• Build and maintain the SOPs that keep HR clean as GoTeam scales

HRIS & SystemsYou're the internal expert on the system of record.

• Own data integrity, reporting, and self-service tools
• Keep the HRIS (Sprout, BambooHR, Workday, or similar) running clean

Policy ExecutionYou turn strategy into working process.

• Take frameworks from the Director and operationalize them
• Document and train teams on process, department by department

HR Data & ReportingYou turn numbers into a monthly story.

• Maintain dashboards on headcount, attrition, engagement, and benefits
• Deliver clean, decision-ready reporting to leadership

Generalist SupportYou're the extra pair of hands HR needs.

• Support recruitment, engagement initiatives, and cross-functional HR needs
• Pivot quickly to whatever the team needs most

HRBP Coordination (Operational Side)You equip HRBPs to deliver consistently.

• Ensure HRBPs have the tools, data, and process support they need
• Keep operational standards consistent across the business
