Human Resources Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager serves as the deputy of the HR Director and is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. The role ensures efficient execution of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, HRIS, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, and HR projects while supporting the HR Director in implementing strategic people initiatives and organizational priorities.

The position acts on behalf of the HR Director during his/her absence and ensures alignment of all HR functions with business objectives.
