Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs at the mall or branch level.

The position covers key HR functions including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organizational development, training, and performance management.

The HR Officer plays a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by building strong working relationships between management and employees, while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, local regulations, and labor laws.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration and readiness.
  • Monitors performance management activities and coordinates timely completion of appraisals and documentation.
  • Addresses employee concerns, facilitates engagement programs, and supports a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinates training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of key HR functions, particularly in employee relations and compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

Work Location:

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned at SM City Pampanga.
