Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's Performance Management System, including KPI design and performance coaching.
• Drive Organizational Development initiatives that improve structure, capability, and execution.
• Develop leadership and learning programs that strengthen managers and future leaders.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR policies, systems, and processes to support business growth.
• Coach leaders and develop a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR managerial experience.
• Strong experience in:
• Performance Management & KPI Design
• Organizational Development
• Learning & Leadership Development
• Talent Acquisition
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience using AI and HR technology to improve productivity is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
